Should OpenSteamTool provide an official stats SteamID API?

Currently, OpenSteamTool supports configuring the SteamID used for stats and achievements through:

setStat(appid, "steamid")

This allows users to choose which SteamID's stat data should be pulled for a specific app.

If no setStat is configured for an app, OpenSteamTool currently falls back to the hardcoded default SteamID:

I am considering adding an official API endpoint that returns a recommended SteamID for a given AppID, so OpenSteamTool can automatically obtain a usable SteamID for stats and achievements.

Proposed endpoint format:

https://stats.opensteamtool.com/{appid}

For example:

https://stats.opensteamtool.com/570

Is it possible to make this like the [manifest] configuration options in opensteamtool.toml?
Make it a configuration option for users to set
[1] Preset manual setting -> If not manually set, revert to the hard-coded preset SteamID
If scheme [1] is unavailable (the hard-coded default SteamID has no available statistics and achievements), automatically switch to scheme [2]
[2] Automatic settings -> Get Steam ID via API

Is it possible to also have more than one preset SteamID so if the default didnt have it option 2 or even 3 might?
