I found this warning on my apache logs :
Warning: -outdir is deprecated. Use --outdir instead.
so I have an error because of the bad outdir
mkstemp("/var/www/.execooom8jD0s") failed: Permission denied
Mistake is located on line 2309 of server/otxserver.class.php
Just replace -outdir by --outdir and it works fine
