Overall, the project is quite good. There are only issues with the timeline of participation (see below) and with the organization of the files (see how Group 1 organized everything, for example).

This makes no sense according to the framework of Activity Theory I explained you and that we are using. The description of the Activity with the other files is ok!

Why did you create a separate timeline for each role? The idea was to have one timeline for everybody. See what the other groups have done.

You can add a text box to each flow telling what is flowing (blueprint? prototype? documentation? money?). You should also have put in black the activities when they are happening (which step in the timeline? But of course, you did the timeline as a separate file and in a different way...)
