Overall, the project is quite good. You did a great job in creating all the documentation, and except for the activity analysis / design (see below), everything is completely clear.
Just few considerations...
There is still one issue open, you did not use the format for the activity analysis / design I gave you. It's not a big problem because with the text files you attached the activities are understandable, but it requires 1 step more. Also in the metadesign part, you included the description of the elements of the activity system in the drawing of the activity system triangle. It is easier to be understood than with the images like you did in the analysis, but maybe it should be easier if we separate the triangle from the text description as in the format I gave you.
Also, be careful when you export the png. You maybe want to check the png files, since there are a lot of big white areas. You can restrict the size of the png by selecting the entities and then choose "Selection" when you export from Inkscape.

Instead of "information flow" you can write which kind of information flows in each connection (blueprint? documentation? software? laws?)
