Add validation and error messaging

Specific error messages need to appear under the input that isn't correct. Error messages should display below the associated input field. Examples:

• "Please enter 2+ characters for name field."
• "You must choose one option."
• ”You must check to agree to terms and conditions.”
• “You must enter your date of birth.”
