Stray Scanner Alternatives

My iPhone 12 doesn't support Stray Scanner. Are there other recommended approaches for the map building step? Any existing projects people are working on that I could contribute to?

I also have Android devices

From my understanding, my options are only photogrammetry. Polycam, KIRI Engine, etc. -> COLMAP

Actually, the StrayScanner recording is converted to a COLMAP model in OpenVPS, see stray_to_colmap
It should be very well possible to use any other RGB(D)+pose recorder app, just need to write the converter to COLMAP format.
I don't have the time to work on this, but pull requests are more than welcome.
