After working with GFO (base and light) for a while I regularly stumble across a class or property which is missing in the gfo-base and gfo-light files but is mentioned in one of the papers. It would be great if at least a basic list of terms could be provided, that would be helpful even if it doesn't contain any metadata (label etc.) at the beginning. Also, this coexistence of gfo-base (1.x) and gfo-light (2.x) makes modelling harder, because I have to keep these versions (+ implications in code) in mind. Was an entity removed between those versions or just moved from one module into another? In general, it would be very helpful to have a more transparent way of communication here.
