In plomino design page, + button could not be opened

Here is the image of the plomino design page in normal plone theme:

The forms views Agents Otheres button could be open by click.
But it not works after activated the plonetheme.onegov

Currently we don't have any installation using plomino.
Can you narrow your issue?

• Is CSS problem?
• Do you get a Javascript error?
