My work focuses on developing neural networks using the [ANNarchy](https://annarchy.github.io/) simulator in Python and producing scientific documents. I also deliver lectures and supervise exercise sessions for university students.

* Neuroinformatics: simulating BOLD^[Blood Oxygenation Level Dependent (BOLD) imaging is a technique that is commonly used for measuring brain activity in humans using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)] and DBS^[Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is a surgical procedure that implants a neurostimulator and electrodes which sends electrical impulses to specified targets in the brain]
