Various errors related to TinyDebugSerial compilation errors.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.0 latest snapshot. OS X 10.9.4 with Arduino 1.5.7.
Please provide any additional information below.
Problem exists for Tiny85 @ 128 KHz, and for 2313 if you try to set the speed
to 128 KHz.
