Docs: Views, update VapeDetect Graph instructions

In views-management.md, the instructions to add a VapeDetect Graph are currently placeholders; someone with the technical knowledge needs to provide information for these instructions.

I replaced the "(need more info)" placeholders for the Subtext One and Two fields under VapeDetect Graph with generic "Add the subtext for the graph" statements. The instructions overall still need review and probably revisions.
