[BUG] CropAssistant fails to respond to user queries

Description

The CropAssistant chatbot fails to process user queries on the production application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CropChain production website.
2. Open the CropAssistant chatbot.
3. Ask a question such as:

   How do I track a batch?

4. Wait for the assistant response.

Expected Behavior

The assistant should process the question and provide a relevant response based on CropChain functionality.

Actual Behavior

The assistant displays:

I'm sorry, I'm having trouble connecting right now. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists.

The same connection error occurs when sending another query.

Impact

Users cannot use the AI assistant for batch tracking guidance or application navigation.
