Multiple links support breaks the parsing

When adding more than one URL link the parser breaks.

By trying to parse the following string:
@"User Profile | User Following | User Followers"

The result mutableString is:
@"User Profile"

Instead of:
@"User Profile | User Following | User Follower"

Any idea how to fix this?

I've sent in a pull request #24 to fix this by updating the markdown grammar
