add-client Feature doesn't allow adding client and gives error

The add-client feature shows invalid VRN format error even when all VRN format specifications have been followed. This bug makes it impossible to add a client with car to the contact list.
Expected: Client should be added to the client list.
Actual: invalid VRN format error
