The current error message gracefully tells the user the specific command format that should be used when the user's command format is wrong due to a missing parameter. The user can thus view how they went wrong through this error message and then correct their input. Improving the error message to respond uniquely depending on which parameter is missing requires significant effort and is thus of low priority. Hence, we will delay this until a future implementation. Thus we have labelled this issue as "not in scope".
