import tools for ACR parameter

Hi,

thanks for sharing your nice work, I just install niftypet, and want to run examples about ACR PHANTOM IMAGING, but have no idea about ACR paramter, so there is wrong when import acr_params as pars etc. Did anyone know how to find the package?
