Invalid State Tool, Corruption, Mods losing meta data and being duplicated #23355

This started last night. Skyrim AE 1170.

I was playing normally, closed the game and opened vortex. It showed me a list saying a BUNCH of mods had been changed on disk. A bunch, like, over 100 no doubt. The choice was to either apply changes or quit vortex. So I applied changes and that's how this mess starts.

Let's say I have a mod called Fences of Skyrim. The installed version only shows the archive name, not the version number, category and all of that. I can't even reinstall this version. However there's a second, uninstalled Fences of Skyrim mod that shows all the metadata as usual (99% of my mods are downloaded from nexus using the mod manager button), I can install this version and vortex will ask me if I want to replace the existent one, I say "yes", and now the mod is reinstalled and it looks normal, but if I quit vortex and open it again, I'll get this error below.

It doesn't matter if I choose "Ignore" or "repair", once vortex opens it'll tell me a bunch of mods were changed on disk and so on and so forth.

Not only that, it forces me to solve conflicts that were already solved, because the app seems to see this installed versions as new mods.

I've tried restoring the database, but it doesn't work. Essentially the Vortex logo appears, but the app doesn't open, after many minutes it just gives an error about stacks (I'm sorry, I should have printed, I was just so overwhelmed, because I never had this kind of issue with Vortex) and it doesn't change anything. I have the majority of my mods installed in this version's without any metadata at all, and then I have an uninstalled version of all these mods with the correct metadata.

I just spent the entire day today reinstalling over 2k mods, just to have this happening again. It's infuriating.

I'm on windows 11, Vortex is the latest stable version, game is Skyrim AE version 1170. I have no idea how to reproduce this bug. I attached what I believe to be the logs from %appdata%. Name on Nexus is xLenax. Really praying that someone can help me.
