Make clean delete taranis startup_stm32f2xx.s

Hi

Current git next branch delete 
targets\taranis\STM32F2xx_StdPeriph_Lib_V1.1.0\Libraries\CMSIS\Device\ST\STM32F2
xx\Source\Templates\gcc_ride7\startup_stm32f2xx.s when doing "make clean" using 
arm-none-eabi.
I haven't tested on linux, it happend on my windows dev env.

Must be something on your end, I'm building on Windows too and it doesn't 
happen...
