Deployment steps are scattered across docs/. Create a concise DEPLOYMENT_PRODUCTION.md describing image builds, environment variables, probe setup, and secrets guidance for a production deployment.

Acceptance Criteria:

• DEPLOYMENT_PRODUCTION.md exists and covers build, deploy, env, probes, and secrets.
• A runbook section lists common troubleshooting commands.
