Nutil v088 testing - record of successful tests

• Nutil v088, test dataset 20 (tta), coordinate extraction, centroid. Took 9 min. 7 cores.
• Nuitl v088, test dataset 21 (PyNutil), coordinate extraction, all and centroid.
• Nutil v088, test dataset 21 (PyNutil registered to Kim Unified Mouse), coordinate extraction. There is no default custom region file for Kim Unified Mouse Brain Atlas in Nutil. Nutil raises an error stating that you need to specify custom regions. I did this and it seemed to work. Note that the customregion.xlsx only worked with 3 rows only (colour row from original template removed). This can easily lead to errors - need to investigate more.
• Nutil v088, test dataset 2, this worked correctly with user ID s[0-9][0-9][0-9].
