Player Death

When the player dies we need to respawn the character in the same room or restart the game.

From what we talked about last time, I was thinking I need to go to a Death Screen. With a Please Reset message. Make this an actual rogue-like.

That's what I had in mind. I was looking at respawning in the same room, but its looking like a little too much work. I was thinking that we just show "Game Over" when the player dies and then let them tap to take them back to the main menu screen. Planning on working on that today.
