An option to optionally support muliple roots

feature: Application should error when multipleRoots: false and multiple roots are present. This feature would be helpful to parse invalid HTMLs where user sometimes forget to add root element.

This would also cover NaturalIntelligence/fast-xml-validator#3

I have started working on this enhancement, I had one doubt which i wanted to clarify, in below example

const xmlDataStr = `<?xml version="1.0"?>
      <?elementnames <fred>, <bert>, <harry> ?>
      <h1></h1>`;

const options = {
    ignoreDeclaration: true,
    attributeNamePrefix : "@_"
};
const parser = new XMLParser(options);
const output = parser.parse(xmlDataStr);

Output

{
    "?elementnames": "",
    "h1": ""
}

Does this count as two root tags? I think it doesnt but want to verify if my understanding is correct?

No these are not 2 root tags. Similarly, prolog and comments can't be treated as separate tag.
