At the moment the validation criteria are perhaps a bit too tight as we require all items to have
- english and portuguese name
- english and portuguese description
- bounding box
The names can likely be made optional (or we can fill them in with some automated value from the discovery process) - the end goal is to make it easily go from automated discovery to publication without requiring massive human intervention
