resource list and detail views must be refreshed after a modification

Whenever a resource changes the stream handler for different request ids needs to ask the browser to refresh in both the resource's detail and list pages. In other words, if I'm looking at a resource and it is modified by someone else in the meantime, then the page needs to refresh in order to show me the updated resource automatically
