CircleCi build failing on tns build ios

I am getting an error saying
"bundler: failed to load command: fastlane (/Users/distiller/Project/vendor/bundle/ruby/2.6.0/bin/fastlane)"
when trying to run the build on circleci. Any ideas how to fix this?

Where is the error appearing? In your local terminal? In the CircleCI build after running ns build ios?

What are the steps you've ran to get the error?
