Blanco Choice All protocol

Hi, I have also a Blanco Choice All and tried this new integration.

I can´t use BT directly on the HA VM, so I installed a ESP-Home BT proxy on an ESP32dev.

I can connect to the Blance and it is connected, but all other sensors, switch and so on can´t read from the device.
From debug log I can see, that the bt handshake with the pin is working and i see some communication.

What I also see, the integration is looping between connected and completed unavailable.

The MAC address is on my device always the same, we can also pair different Android phones at the same time.

100% same situation on my setup!
Using a ESP-Home BT Proxy on ESP32dev. Blanco switches all 2 minutes from connected to completely unavailable.

i saw in the bluetooth settings, that the connection is lost:

I updated the code so that it uses dev_id returned after pairing for follow up requests, could you please test if this fixes the issues?` If not then they probably changed the parameter ids of the requests.

Thanks for the quick fixes in 0.0.6! I can confirm CHOICE.All devices now work properly with the ESPHome BLE proxy setup.

My setup:

• Home Assistant OS 17.0 on Raspberry Pi 4 (aarch64)
• ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy on ESP32 (device not in direct BLE range of HA)
• CHOICE.All device (CHOICE.All-172)

Working in 0.0.6:

• Connection stable (no more cycling between connected/unavailable)
• Device type correctly detected as 2
• All base sensors populate (filter remaining, CO2 remaining, tap state, etc.)
• WiFi info, identity, and system info all working

PR #8 adds CHOICE.All specific features:
I've submitted PR #8 which adds the additional CHOICE.All sensors and controls:

• Heating Temperature control (60-100°C)
• Boiler temperature sensors (temp_boil_1, temp_boil_2)
• Cooling compartment temperature
• Carbonation ratios, hot water calibration, controller status sensors

All tested and working on real hardware. The PR maintains backwards compatibility with drink.soda devices through defaults.
