The implementation of MaskedManipulator

Hi @tesslerc , thanks for the great repo! I see the MaskedManipulator code is linked to this repo, but I find no information about it. May I ask whether any docs for reproducing MaskedManipulator? Thanks!

MaskedManipulator contained some design decisions that in hindsight we would like to improve.
Our goal is to keep ProtoMotions inclusive, but also aimed at the long term.
As such, we avoid pushing code that isn't "production grade" yet.

The core components are in the codebase, but we didn't include specific implementations of some reward/observation components, as we believe those can be drastically improved for better performance and long-term reliability.
