[BUG]: Brev Name Conflict and Port Conflict

Describe the bug

While following these instructions to create a Brev launchable from ACH tutorial material:

I run into these Brev errors (it will not allow me to proceed with these errors):

Steps to reproduce

Follow these instructions on ACH with any tutorial:

Expected behavior

Create Brev launchable without error.

Actual behavior

Brev throws an error and will not proceed to next step.

Additional context

This error is most likely due to changes on the NVIDIA Brev side.

That usually happens if you did not select "no I don't want jupyter" (first bullet point in the instructions). Are you seeing this even with that option?
