New PyPI release with recently added language support

Hi, thanks for all the great work on this project!

I noticed that the latest PyPI release (1.1.0) is from August 2024, and since then there's been a lot of language support (for both TN and ITN) among other changes added to main:

Text Normalization:

• Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Kinyarwanda, Vietnamese

Inverse Text Normalization:

• Hebrew, Hindi, Korean

Would it be possible to cut a new release when you get a chance?
