No effect when calling `setWindowHasKeyAppearance`

I want to duplicate codex's computer use behavior

setWindowHasKeyAppearance looks very similar to what I want to have but when I call it, nothing happens

Does it require an entitlement?

[EDIT] I am targeting the opening window itself -- so I am setting the key appearance to false

If I target other windows (from other apps), and setKeyAppearance(..., hasKeyAppearance: true) -- still nothing happened visually

I see this in the console:

_CGXSetWindowHasKeyAppearance: Operation on a window 0xaa1b requiring rights <private> by caller <private>

However, CGSSetWindowOwner is not linkable
