Use a config profile for app settings

Could be a waterfall hierarchy of config locations.

• In user directory
• In system app directory
• Beamline/endstation profile

Could/should make use of tiled profiles.

Need to alert user if they are not logged into tiled and make it simple for them to authenticate.
