Noting that it's giving an mkv error for a csv input. There's a silent fail at the last tagging actions, so I should figure out what processes got stuck and give at least a warning.

Is it supposed to be TAGGED_BY or _TAGGED_BY. I see TAGGED_BY in the csv and _TAGGED_BY in the NMAAHC spec?

_TAGGED_BY the inderscore should Indicate it's not an official MKV tag
