There should be some documentation on the requirements of xtas, preferably using MoSCoW (Must have, Should have, Could have, Won't have). Are you planning to support other languages than English and Dutch, other kinds of tools, machine translation, libraries for other programming languages than Python, etc. Anything you'd be happy to have contributed but won't add yourself? In short, what's the scope of this project?
