Create remote sensing catalog spreadsheet

Intent: provide a simple, catch-all catalog to organize and vet remote sensing products for search and rescue utility.
Purpose: deconflict remote sensing sources, identify which products can and should go into SARCOP Post-Event Imagery / SARCOP Post-Event Analysis
End-State: clean spreadsheet, disseminated to SARCOP Operations Team and, if necessary, WA Flooding SARIG

• Create remote sensing catalog spreadsheet similar to TC Melissa spreadsheet
• (!) Host in Response System org / folder structure
• Provide access to SARCOP Operations Team (link?)
• Create tab with website link to spreadsheet on SARCOP Operations chat
