Inconsistency of ru_ru translations with vanilla Minecraft translations + tuff duplicates (3.1.2)

I fixed every inconsistant translation and mistake in ru_ru file, here's the updated file:
ru_ru.json
Also, in 1.21.1 tuff variants are present, so Twigs' variants should be removed.

In addition (I don't insist on this addition) it would be nice to see an integration with the No Man's Land mod, but it's only up to your decision.
