Change world without restart

Currently I need to reboot the app to change the world server I'm connected to. Not much of a Tardis that needs to be rebooted to work

I think this shouldn't feel like changing a setting in the app but an easy change - we want to encourage players to change worlds (but we also don't want to ram it down their throats if they're enjoying this one!)
