It is nice to have Desktop shortcuts that launch MKOB with specific configurations, different wires, serial ports, sound settings, etc. But it is a pain to create a shortcut manually that specifies a starting configuration.
It would be nice if MKOB could be configured as needed/desired and then have it create the shortcut for you. It should allow supplying a display name for the shortcut, and whether to put it on the desktop, start-menu, or taskbar.
