Steps to reproduce

1 Move moonbase dlls to emby plugin folder
2 Move web folder to emby plug in folder
3 Restart emby
4 Navigate to the emby plugins
5 select moonlight

Plugin will load but there is a spinning circle and cannot save any settings

Plugin settings are not loading on Emby version 4.9.5.0

When going to configure the plugin the page just spins.

when I inspect the console it shows this error -

I'm able to load the web interface... But nothing loads in the settings this is my inspect console from that

I see no errors in my emby server log (attached).

I just saw this in the console too

I tried to use bypass the CSP Block but when going to the plugins in Emby the settings just spin still and don't allow me to save any thing.

I have tried in chrome based browsers incognito and Firefox on my phone. Attached a screenshot of the page I'm referring to if it is not clear

I've also found that clients do not detect the presence of the Moonfin plugin.
