The GNC255 shows a bar graph visualisation for the volume setting of both radios when the knob is turned.
- add output message type to set volume (0-100%)
- I guess the actual adjustment happens via regular encoder or potentiometer device
- display graphical bar graph to visualize the volume adjustment
