[BUG]: Meeting Asst - GPU cuda model installation fails if AnythingLLM is installed to a path with a space in it.

How are you running AnythingLLM?

What happened?

(Windows)
Tried to swap from CPU to GPU model. Download completes, but AnythingLLM throws:

Manual extraction functions as a workaround.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Install ALLM to a path with a space. Go to meeting asst / preferences, swap from CPU to GPU model.
