Admin > Allocation of Appreciation tickets > .csv Export doesn't export the allocated ticket numbers

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to spark as admin, event: midburn2019
2. Click on "Export to Excel"
3. See that the numbers in the downloaded .csv file are all 0's, not matching the info shown in the UI

Expected:
Data that is exported should match exactly what is shown in the UI.
