gcn_block.exp and gcn_basis.exp not working for Toy Dataset

Fails with error
File "mtrand.pyx", line 920, in numpy.random.mtrand.RandomState.choice ValueError: probabilities contain NaN

Training on any other dataset takes too long and consumes too much memory and CPU for my hardware.
