Your plugin dose not comply with Plugin Quality Requirement Standards section 3 for not inheriting the child permissions
generally it is recommend to use instance of player over !== null
In my opinion i suggestion would be to change the command to something more relevant like /maxheal and remove the enable AND disable massage since PMMP will automatically do it for you thus there's no need for it
