[Bug]: Ryujinx mod folder in uppercase

Describe the bug

1.Ryujinx generates Mod folder names with lowercase letters.
2.The optimizer writes into a folder with the same name but in uppercase
3.Linux distinguishes between upper and lower case letters, so the mods are not recognized by ryujinx
4.The same goes for Config.json

Reproduction steps

1.Install Ryujinx on linux (arch or arch-fork)
2.Try to optimize totk
