[Bug]: TOTK Crashes on switch "Unable to start software.", v1.0.0 and v1.2.1, HOS 20.5.0, AMS 1.11.1

Describe the bug

1. Opening either ultracam beyond or calamity on my switch V1, HOS 20.5.0, AMS 1.11.1, on both v1.0.0 and v1.2.1 of totk, shows the message:
"Unable to start software.
Return to the HOME Menu and try again."

Reproduction steps

1.Extract files from beyond or calamity for TOTK from NX-Optimizer (appimage)
2.Copy to /atmosphere/contents/0100F2C0115B6000
3.Launch game (v1.0.0 or v1.2.1)
4.Either freezes on black screen for up to a minute, or instantly shows:
"Unable to start software.
Return to the HOME Menu and try again."

Additional context

Not sure if it ever worked before. There are no other mods here. I am new to modding my switch so please be patient.

you likely have a conflicting mods (FPS Locker) or Edizon

Also, 90% of the time, launching shows the screen "The software was closed because an error occurred."
