[Bug]: Executable does not start when clicking it to run it

Describe the bug

1.i downloaded the windows 3.2.0 exe and when i try to run it, it will not do anything. only shows a blank command screen

Reproduction steps

1.cpu: amd ryzen 5 5500 gpu: amd rx6800xt
2.download the windows executable to you emulation folder
3. run it (either as admin or regular, does not effect process)
4. cmd window opens, but no lines of code show, only a white cursor
...
