Make the UI on the CRUD pages better.

Currently the UI is bootstrap based. On the crud pages related to the user & to the campgrounds, the UI is quite messy.

It would be great ot fix these issues so as the UI & UX improves.

To contribute you can fork the repo & clone it locally. Then push to your forked repo before firing up a pull request.

HI @MassiGy , Thanks for the clarification about the branch structure, but I know how to clone and fork the repo to do the changes, but I'm not able to set it up locally, how the project will get run locally? is there any command like npm start or something like that

just do node index.js, or nodemon index.js
