Is the relationship between the code of the three folders and the protocol version?
din folder ----> DIN70121 or urn:iso:15118:2:2010
iso1 folder ----> urn:iso:15118:2:2013
iso2 folder ----> urn:iso:15118:2:2016

Is there any protocol version after urn:iso:15118:2?

When I look at comments in the header files I see they mentioned the protocol versions used, so it looks like you are correct.

ISO 15118-20:2022 at the ISO website:

This document defines the communication messages and sequence requirements for bidirectional power transfer.

This document furthermore defines requirements of wireless communication for both conductive charging and wireless charging as well as communication requirements for automatic connection device and information services about charging and control status.

It probably depends on our use case whether you need the functionality of ISO 15118-20:2022.
