Decisions need to be made - Mobile Fishin_CHPs

Seems like you have a species selection before you have gear selection on the CHP wrapper. Right now, it excludes mobile records like LOG_EFRT_STD_INFO_ID 1275936, 1279035 which caught no CHP species but gear is CHP gear by mesh.
