New release build for QMapShack.AppImage V_1.20.3

Meanwhile, version V_1.20.3 of QMapShack has been released, offering lots of bug fixes and some useful new features.

So, it would be worth offering a fresh QMapShack.AppImage.

For users of openSUSE 16.0 KDE:

I just tested openSUSE 16.0 KDE in a freshly installed VM. It also works with the QMapShack.AppImage V_1.20.3.

However, two libraries need to be installed:

sudo zypper install libatomic1 libgthread-2_0-0

On other systems the app image often fails because of missing xcb, libxcb et al. Is it possible to add these to the app image?

A tool called linuxdeploy will build the AppImage from the AppDir Folder. linuxdeploy automatically collects all the necessary files, binaries and libraries needed to run the executable — in our case, the bin file qmapshack.

Yes, more files can be added to the AppDir folder. I already do this, for example for the routino and planetsplitter stuff, because this is not detected by the linuxdeploy tool, so I copy it manually.

According to the AppImage concept https://docs.appimage.org/introduction/concepts.html#build-on-old-systems-run-on-newer-systems:
Low level libraries like libc and stuff around are excluded, because it is assume that this is already present on the runtime environment.

So on a fresh installed openSUSE 16.0 the low level libs libatomic1 and libgthread-2_0-0 seems to be missing, so it needs to be installed manually. But to pack this two libs into the AppDir folder could be a risk, because it could lead to a crash on other target systems.

I check it against fresh installations in vm's for Ubuntu 22.04 and Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon / Xfce / MATE.
For this distros a lib is missing: libxcb-cursor0.
I tried to bring it into the AppImage by a manuell bypass - but without success.

So users for Ubuntu 22.04 and Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon / Xfce / MATE has to install:
sudo apt install libxcb-cursor0

I have set a remark in the README.
